I think the captain and vice captain both should not be batsmen...one of those captains must be a bowler so he can assist the captain in field placements and guiding the other bowlers in difficult times...

This match so far has not been Paksitan V India but more like Pakistan V Shewag.
After the first day there will be a lot of criticism of bowlers and selections and everything. I think the bowlers performed reasonably well. Shewag played a gem of an innings and took the initiative from us. Take Shewag out of the picture and the other three batsmen have struggled. Now some of you might say that they didnt need to play big shots with Shewag there. Maybe so, but they were tied down by our bowlers and the wall could not perform.
This in a way also is not a good omen for our batting because as I said apart from Shewag the others have not looked comfortable, so unless someone plays like Shewag we might be looking down the barrel for the rest of this match.

Just woke up. From what i am reading here, it seems the out field is fast and the pitch is basically dead when it comes to fast bowlers. There is a lot of spin but we are playing only one spinner.
So is it correct to assume its a batting track favoring spinners?
Nahin yaar, I predicted Razzaq would be a ODI champ remember? 
Test matches are a different ball game (except for Sehwag) playing 4 seamers was just stupid. I’m not convinced that kaneria would have taken wickets either but at least we would have had a different option.
