Pakistan V India - 1st Test Match.

India 193/2 (46.0 ov) Run Rate 4.20

Man...if the situation stays like the current one, the India score could go ±400 at stumps with not many wickets falling...so a definite draw is in sight... :)

Three 4s by Sehwag..

India 209 / 2 off 48.4 overs

Sehwag on 143..

or they could score 600 in their first innings, and force us to follow-on, that can mean victory for India.

lol...or Pakistan could make 800 in their Ist innings...so a definite draw...

Shabbir is as lacklustre on this track as it gets. They should have played Kaneria here. Inzi knew that track has no grass or moisture in it why did he go in with four seamers is beyond me.

India 214 / 2 after 51 overs..

Infact the bowlers are finding it a relief to bowl to Sachin instead of Sehwag!

150 by Sehwag :nuch:

Batsmen: R B 4s 6s S/R
V Sehwag (RHB) 151 150 20 5 100.67

Thats Sehwag's 150..with a 4 off Shoaib..

India 219 / 2

Sehwag's 150.. woohoo

it’s called learning from one’s mistakes. Inzi is just concentrating on the first part, i.e. making mistakes for the time being, baki (learning) baad mein dekha jayega

Zabardast : let’s hope (infact pray) that you are right .

India 228/2 (57.0 ov)
AT TEA.

None of the fast bowlers are making much impression on this track which is hardly surprising. I'ts too slow. Somehow I have a nagging feeling that Kumble will exploit the pitch a lot better than saqi has.

Chappell made the point earlier that either Razzaq or Shabbir should have made way for a spinner but then Ian Chappell's a legend for his captaincy. Not that it takes rocket science but there you go...

And Razzaq gets hammered for 15 in his first over on his return to the attack. Chappell describes it as "stupid bowling" and questions the field settings again.

I think Razzaq is gambling for a wicket...by bowling in that way...he used to bowl well...

razzaq gives 1 run in 6 balls

India 272 / 2 off 64.2 overs
