From your comments you apparently are dejected at Pakistan’s victory. Pak winning over BD is normal, if BD had won this game it would’ve been “World Cup” for them… just stating the obvious

It is always nice to progress to Super8s on merit rather than courtesy of rain, results of other games or net RR (or some other bizarre calculations)
This fine chase should keep them in good stead for the super8s
Razzaq should replace Tanvir (could have cost us the game today) for super8s. Again plain stupid to play both Tanvir and Arafat

Bowling was pretty bad from both teams. And it wasn't all the pitch. They were bowling all over the place.

I don't know what Mr. Akram is doing to the bowling but he needs to work on it. They were pretty good before this wc but all of a sudden fast bowlers seems to have no clue about bowling in line.

Its not Akram's fault that veterans such as Gul and Tanvir can't control their line...
Its their own out of form state..they need to work hard in these conditions and bowl within them selves..instead of trying for pace..

ahhh … don’t get me started on this one GA…i am in office and could not do anything when Gul was hammered all over the ground…he is our most senior bowler..all we are asking him to bowl 4 decent overs…once in a while for a change. feel sorry for him though… he is not doing it intentionally but he must ask some tough questions to himself. he has completely lost his rhythm.

agreed...they need to work hard in nets and bowl to a plan...not just random bowling....they must go in against every team and Gul and Tanvir or whomever Razaq / arafat must be told of a plan against each opposing team player. They must bowl to their weakness not the strength...
maintaining line and length is a basic always. but some may be strong on off...then keep it middle and leg...other like most are strong on side players, then keep it on off and with away swing as the target or yorking them at off / middle..
if you can't bowl yorkers then just keep it tidy ...the wicket will come from the batsmens mistake..which are a plenty in T20s..
