it was rising, and would have barely touched the bails.. in fact the ball was above the bails... the replays confirmed it..
I think it was clearly out..it was hitting the top of middle..fine...but in such cases its the umpire's call...Hussey was given out when the ball was hitting the outside of off stump...so its a fair call.
So far the umpires have been consistent so fair enough.
