Not a Shiv Sena fan. There was a time in the late 60s and early 70s when the south indians were victims of the Sena. I was too young to know the extent.

I guess if you are the victim of their behavior, you might want them to be categorized as such. During my visits I have not seen evidence of such terror. But it is also fair to say I have been lucky my trips did not occur during sensitive times.

I am not sure it is up to those who are not victims to declare one way or the other. (Of course they can offer an opinion ). The only opinions that count are those who are their victims - muslims and I think for last few years Biharis.

I really dont know how Pakistan can make any case without SS being involved in across the border disturbance which apparently it doesnt. Wutever it does inside India is its internal matter. So the case will die right there.
Apparently what Pakistan has proof so far is just against Indian govt but nothing against SS.
