Pakistan to test its Shaheen 2 missile?

That site indicates that pakistan will be testing its Shaheen 2 missile if the government of pakistan gives the permission to the Scientists.

KRL ask the permission to test it like a month or two ago... but it is put on hold.
And i personnaly dont think that they should test one right now... they cant.
American bases are in Pakistan and pakistan is hte best position right now... testing Shaheen would affect that.
They should at least wait untill after the elections.

oh yeah... If I am not mistaken they are alreade in process of building Shaheen III.

Ohh.. ok Tipz could you please tell me where you have read about Shaheen 3 and do you know any facts about them, such as: What's the range or the payload? IF yes, please notify me, thanks a lot!
