MFN is a reciprocal agreement. India had given MFN status to Pakistan in the Nineties.

THe agreement allows two nations to treat each other at par with its other favoured trading partners.

“had”… what about “current”? I asked Kaka above as well but he probably couldn’t find if India also gave MFN status to Pakistan.
