Again a great stat for us! But than could not feel very happy as we are no. 26 in Infant Mortality Rate, higher than any of our neighbours including Bangladesh! We lose almost 54 babies out of every 1000 born.
I know which table I would like to avoid toping more.

Incidentally Pakistan is also among least smoking counties as well as compared to the Western countries! But then we are not among world?s healthiest countries!
