Pakistan tests nuclear-capable Shaheen II missile: ISLAMABAD, March 09: Pakistan test-fired today an intermediate-range nuclear-capable ballistic missile, which could reach all the cities in neighbouring India. State-owned Pakistan Television announced that the missile could travel 2,000 km (1,250 miles) and carry all kinds of warheads.

Source! and by the way have you heard of Laser guided technology... because what you say seems to imply india have just developed the above mentioned! and not to be a party pooper but so has pakistan.
The Saheen Series is among the most advanced and Accurate Missiles developed in Pakistan, and as for launching from vessels. All you need is a nuclear submarine or curiser and a platfrom engineered to launch a missle of the magnitude.
As for a Indian Missile being able to traget other incoming missiles.. Hmm this sounds like SDI= Space Defence iniative, and according to the federation of american scientists and the American NTI india lacks any SDI systems such as the British Trident, the American Hawk or the Isreali Arrow! So unless you guys have bought some more secret weapons from your old pal isreal.. Then i guess your gov are lieing!
