Although going by the range mentioned in the news it falls just short of being an ICBM from range perspective, however, I think the range is lot more than what the govt. declares. A missile that has 3000km + range is considered ICBM and this piece of tech I am sure can hit target way beyond 2750km.

I raed it somehwere that pakistan has ICBM. The sole reason pakistan wouldn't test fire it is that pakistan defence program is just a counter program from India. If pakistan test an ICBM then it would go beyond India and pakistan would have justify a lot ...
