I am no defense expert but dont you think that a missile with max range 60km is a bit too under range for a nuclear bomb?

This was the puzzle piece missing from Pakistan’s arsenal. Short range nuclear capable missiles are VERY IMPORTANT in use of low yield n’weapons. This is also important to keep India in check with its dream of “limited war” against Pakistan.

I hope Pakistan or India never has to use these weapons.
