600 km is the range needed for small tactical nuclear weapons, which would be used against battlefield targets, such as army regiments and artillery batteries. Long range missiles with the capacity to travel thousands of kilometers are intended for massacring civilians.

Regardless of range anything that can kill will do so… it does not matter who it kills. Hence why Weapons of any kind should be limited to those who know them best and Nuclear weapons should be eradicated from the Planet.
