I am no defense expert but dont you think that a missile with max range 60km is a bit too under range for a nuclear bomb?

600 km is the range needed for small tactical nuclear weapons, which would be used against battlefield targets, such as army regiments and artillery batteries. Long range missiles with the capacity to travel thousands of kilometers are intended for massacring civilians.
