I’d be glad if Pakistan aquired the missiles rather than developed them. It would mean that money otherwise wasted on development of weapons was instead spent on the development of the countryand its people 
Unlike India, which rather than spending its money on helping its poor is spending billions of dollars on developing an offensive military.
