Skynews going after Pakistan. Synopsis Wording is interesting. Wonder if it is part of a bigger agenda, trying to portray Pakistan as a near hopeless case needing major external intervention.
Over three days, Sky News will explore why Pakistan has become the frontline of terror and ask what the West can do about it. Jeremy Thompson will present live from the capital Islamabad, interviewing key figures across the community.
Pakistan is a nuclear-armed state whose government has a fragile grip on power. With much of its territory is in the hands of extremists, it is a crucible for terrorism.
Recent months have seen the evidence: at home with the bloody attack on the Sri Lankan cricket team; abroad with the slaughter in Mumbai. Here in Britain too there are strong Pakistani links with our home grown terrorists.
