All it takes to keep a lid on the likes of you is some Matoo with a lambi beard at that position, no matter how ‘qabil’ he is…
Re: Pakistan Supreme Court acting Chief Justice is a Hindu
Some of the past minority leaders have rendered Pakistan a great service, despite the lack of democracy...
Re: Pakistan Supreme Court acting Chief Justice is a Hindu
not really, as long as the constitution is not islamic i.e 100% sharia, even big bearded men will not “keep a lid on me”.
so even if you those bearded men like fazl ul rehman, it wont matter to me. those ppl are part of the unislamic system any wayz.
Re: Pakistan Supreme Court acting Chief Justice is a Hindu
amazing. absolutely.
Re: Pakistan Supreme Court acting Chief Justice is a Hindu
I read this nice little piece in the Daily Times the other day, which states how we in Pakistan have had many non-Muslims who served in the Superior courts, unlike other so-called Muslim states.
http://www.dailytimes.com.pk/default.asp?page=story_4-9-2005_pg3_1
*Those of us who go to extremes in their ideological enthusiasm should recall that every non-Muslim judge has served Pakistan meritoriously. In fact, as we read through Pakistan’s murky judicial history we find many Muslim judges acting less than honourably while sitting in judgement. Tragically some used Islam to claim approbation among people which they hardly deserved. When Justice AR Cornelius became the chief justice of Pakistan, this is what his friend and scholar of administrative services, Ralph Braibanti, wrote: “No other (Islamic) country has had a non-Muslim in the judiciary or any important position over an unbroken tenure of two decades. AR Cornelius, a Roman Catholic, had a distinguished legal career from the establishment of Pakistan in 1947 to his resignation as law minister in the Yahya Khan cabinet in 1971.”
At the level of the High Court, Christian judges Sir George Constantine (remember the Maulvi Tamizuddin Case where he decided in favour of ‘sovereign’ Pakistan?) and J Ortcheson served Pakistan meritoriously. Justice Cornelius — a neo-Thomist reformist believing in Natural Law as the mainspring of Divine Law, somewhat in line with the thinking of Sir Syed Ahmad Khan — was doubtlessly the greatest chief justice of the Supreme Court. Parsi judges Dorab F Patel and Rustam S Sidhwa served with distinction at the Supreme Court. In Justice Bhagwandas, Pakistan has yet another judge who gives us more than what many Muslim judges can give — a favourable image and a hope that all is not lost in ‘ideological’ Pakistan. *
Re: Pakistan Supreme Court acting Chief Justice is a Hindu
So then why do you even bother, why not conquer a tiny island somewhere and establish your system or khilafat over there and wage as many wars as you want? Leave Pakistan alone for crying out loud.
Re: Pakistan Supreme Court acting Chief Justice is a Hindu
i could be really arrogant and say.. WHY ARE NON-MUSLIMS TAKING CONTROL OF PAKISTAN.. btt then my fellow pakis here feeling proud.. what can we do.. we cant trust our own muslims.. coz they are all loooters.. so we have to put trust into otehr religions..
wow.. well just look ova to ur neighbouring arab countries.. even they don trust paki muslims.. ok if thats worse.. go to any country in the world.. may it even be aisa.. NO ONE TRUSTS PAKIS (muslims)
hmmm.. sumfin wrong here.. i fink its time we change religions dont ya fink??.. bt then its not religions prob... as we are followers of islam.. not islam itself.. so how about we be honest and tell if we are muslims or not, coz by namin ya slef bt not followin the rules of the religion.. ur littlrally out of the club..
oh well.. good luck.. m sure next person to rule pakistan will be a christian.. and we all will feeel proud that minorities have takin control of pak.. YEAY..
yea.. Prophet was right.. he feels sorry for future muslims.. and i can clearly see y..
good luk pakistan.. and its ppl.. just hope u might actually check out the rules of being a muslim.. :)..

Re: Pakistan Supreme Court acting Chief Justice is a Hindu
works for me, but realistically it wont do. we need a viable state that can sustain itself and also export the islamic revolution all over the world. and frankly that state could be pakistan. it has viable armed forces, working economy, trained work force, strategic location, populatoin that calls itself muslim…so it is pretty good choice. but any country will be fine as long as it implements islam and the people are believers in the religion
Re: Pakistan Supreme Court acting Chief Justice is a Hindu
Indeed they have, and as we see they continue to do. God bless the minority communities in Pakistan.
Re: Pakistan Supreme Court acting Chief Justice is a Hindu
not wanting to diss the minority community of pakistan.. bt just readin sum of the comments on this page.. which i assume most are from muslims.. looks pretty sad dat they dont hav trust in themselves.. not blaimin the religion.. bt just can see how dependent we have becum.. not just on our minorities.. bt even the external govts fr help.. next we will be askin help from india... WHO KNOWS.. lol

Re: Pakistan Supreme Court acting Chief Justice is a Hindu
Justice Rana has been appointed (acting) Chief Justice of Pakistan many times since I first posted this thread in Sep 2005, and he was again yesterday.
