We should not be too critical of PSL. They have gone for turning pitches this time.

Although bigger totals are more entertaining and exciting for the crowds, limited overs cricket should not be all about batting-friendly surfaces.

In future they should go for pitches where you can score 150-160 if you bat well and apply yourselves. 200 +/- scores are too boring and also not good for cricket. One wants to see a good contest between bat and ball.

It is still early days but the first edition of PSL might be remembered for brilliance by spinners rather than batsmen.

Sammy mere waaar.. Zulmi's hero! But Glads should really be taking easy and keep going around 6 per over without losing wickets. But well who knows. I'm still surprised khi couldnt score 130
