Are you that idiotic to not understand, pakistan does not need to bomb civillians who are next to militants, they could even fake such attacks rather than bomb madrassahs and get into gun fights with people well accustomed to the local area. They could just bomb an unpopulated area and say they killed some fighters. The same militants that are being killed with civillians are most likely the ones who would help put up resistance against foreign attacks, use your head!
