The nuclear triad and second strike capability is now complete. Now they should increase the missile range to at least 1500km (although 2000km would be better) to be able to hit the target far off.

PS Lol that pakistan develops a 2,500 km missile. El Presidente might brain fart and actually launch a nuclear cruise missile or two in response…

Are you aware that land based Shaheen II which is IRBM and which was tested sometime in 2016 or 2015 if I am correct has a range of in excess of 2500km already. The official declaration was 2750km after the test was conducted. Increasing cruise missile’s range shouldn’t be an issue.

The problem is with the will and the need for Pakistani services to not attract unnecessary attention.

^^ Well that is a valid point,however, with changing geo political situation regionally and globally its the need of the hour. Let the big ones set an example first the little ones will follow suit.

Here’s the pic of the missile just after it was fired, with better resolution. The color shows red. It is possible there might be some video editing, most likely, to hide specific details of this new missile. Appears to be two different videos joined together (beginning and end are the same missile, the middle part is the original Babur.)
This capability exists. By looking at the precedence from previous tests, Pakistan authorities would never show such video footage without having something to back it up with. They are probably little secretive about the missile itself security reasons.
