wow, I really miss Pakistan after all these videos! especially with the guy talking while he's making falooda :) its been so long, I remember having bun kababs when I was like 6-7 years old, and the fact that I was not allowed to eat gol gappay cuz i always ended up with a sore throat afterwards. and that I LOVED the channay that came with puris but they were always so spicy, my eyes used to water like the river ravi but we wouldn't give up!
Katlamma is- as you can tell from the video, a roti which is deep fried along with a mixture of daal and spices (i think) on top. That's the orangish thing he spreads on roti. I had it LONG time ago in an industrial exhibition in Fortress.

Of all the food shown here, Katlamma is the one I don't like. You'd think by its color that it'd be really spicey, but it tastes very bland to me, despite the red/orange color.
