If you have been following the goings-on in the subcontinent recently, India is more concerned with China now. Pakistan is pretty inconsequential in the grand scheme of things. We will obviously take the appropriate action to defend ourselves and make appropriate noises in the world forum to marginalize Pak if it tries to meddle in our internal affairs including Kashmir, but other than that Pak is just not in our league anymore...
The sooner Pakistanis also realize this and move on, the better it will be for all of us.

What makes you think it was a revenge .... after all nothing happened in '65 .... all India did was stop Paksiatn's aggresion and push them even ... even though it was only 5 kilometers:D ...... India could have escalated but the leadership of the time though it (rightly so) wise not to escalate. However in '71 the leadership did decide to go ahead with what it was capable of doing .... India was ready to take action & it did .... simple .... no rhetoric no noise .... actions speak for themselves!!!
