Like majority of the posters here, I am surprised at Razzaq's omission. In my opinion he should have taken Fawad Alam's place. Fawad Alam is a decent player but Razzaq gives us the explosive batting depth we need down the order in dying overs. Fawad unfortunately is not a decent bowler and with competition up front for the batting places he wont even get in the team so a bad decision in my opinion.
But rest of the team has really healthy competition for places. and thats good!
I would have Salman Butt instead of Imran Nazir in my team. If they want to keep persisting with Fawad, they better give him a continous chance. The only week link is our opening. Nazir is just too inconsistent for a knock out tournament like this. I hope he will learn something from Afridi and start using his brain. I’m looking forward to the tournament. Good luck Pak!
Hope pk will perform well. I believe MY performace is very improtant as he should play some long innings
Also if asif can perform well ..... offcourse he has to air the news of his marriage open after success ( as promised by him to vena )
