I am surprised that a reasonably intelligent individual is conflating the Pakistani State with Pakistani People. It is a internationally recognized fact that most terrorist attacks in India are planned by ISI. Why shouldn't Indian government than object against the P. State. ?
As for Pakistani people, every sane Indian recognizes that they are no more than pawn in this dangerous game that P. Govt. is playing. In fact any Pakistani here will recognize the fact that Pakistani State has caused much more harm to Pakistani people than to India in pursuit of their delusional goals.

Like I said before, Pakistani state has cultivated various lashkars, tanzeems and jamaats which are involved directly/indirectly in various terrorists acts in India. This is an internationally acknowledged fact.
But it is distinct from Pakistani people 99% of whom condemn such acts.
Now I leave it to you to deduce wheather it is a terrorist state or not.

I just saw that the article posted by is dated 7 Feb,2009. Three months earlier Mr Kasab and company had stuck in Mumbai. Various revelations about Pakistan's connections were being published in the media. Are you surprised that such rhetoric was coming out from New Delhi? Would you have preferred a US like response after 9/11, albeit on a much smaller scale ?

Do you think it is India's fault. Khan was declared during Mush's tenure for selling nuclear secrets to Libya, N Korea and Iran. Khan appologised before whole world on TV. Later Mush put him under house arrest. Pakistani generals are responsible for this ugly episode, making Pakistani hero to zero in one stroke. Pakistan itself is responsible for declaring itself as terrorist state, Don't blame India for that. Mush and his cronies are responsible for this stupidity.

India adds to flooding of Punjab
LAHORE – Another flood warning shook Punjab on Saturday in the wake of possible massive deluge as India released over 18,000 cusecs of additional water in River Ravi without prior information to the Pakistani authorities.
Around 170 villages along the river have been evacuated while the local administration is on high alert in Narowal and Sialkot districts to cope with any emergency, official sources said.
“The Pakistani Government should reconsider the decision to accept US $5 million Indian aid offer and have it clarified that whether New Delhi is offering aid for the flood victims or giving compensation for expected flood devastation after releasing water in Ravi,” Ayub Khan Mayo, President Pakistan Muttahida Kissan Mahaz (PMKM), said when contacted.
Official sources further said the flood warning was issued after the news of flood in five nullahs in the catchments areas of River Ravi. “India has released 18,000 cusecs of water in River Ravi that can cause massive floods in Narowal and Shakargarh as there was already 27,000 cusec water flowing in the river,” they added.
Earlier, the Metrological Department predicted that water level in River Ravi would remain low during the next 24 hours but after release of water a low-level flood has hit Bhutsen and Basantar drainages of the river. The Flood Warning Centre in Lahore has given prior high-flood warning in a drainage located at Shakargarh. Flooding is also possible in Basantar, Jhajri, Oojh and Khattar drainages.

This is insane and asinine! when millions of your citizens are suffering for basic care, you are talking about trojan horse! Balance between 'needs of people' and 'national security'? wow!
Don't compare US Katrina and these floods. The aid from Venezuela and Cuba are/were not needed because the US is not strapped for any resources...the FEMA and the Army corps of Engineers were inept which is why people of New Orleans suffered as they did ...not because of any resource shortage.
In the Pak floods case, do you have even the slightest about resources situation? whether it be money or clothing or food or life saving medicine or drinkable water?
