This news has been widespread in US and other western media itself. All the anthrax that Iraq has, had its sources in US companies. All the bio weapons that Iraq has manufactured, had their roots in the US. During the 80s, Saddam was a darling, which is why back then, the US got some shut-eye while Saddam gassed the Kurds, and suddenly woke up when Saddam invaded Kuwait.
Its no secret.
You can walk into any good library and find material on WMD. So no secret!

No, but India did help Iraq with nuclear technology.

Talk about proofs, show proofs PAK stole the nuclear technology from europe or korea helped PAK build the nuclear weapon which most indians think is true
