Great Zardari, the President of Pakistan, has made Pakistan’s position clear on Kashmir and about India (he has said that ‘the alleged freedom fighters in Kashmir are terrorists’ and that ‘India is not and has never been a threat to Pakistan’.)

Would India wait for all terrorist elements from Pakistan to be removed and make sure it is safe before it accepts such an offer?
