Why are you guys comparing this remuneration to those in the developed countries? Why not compare with salaries of top judges from countries with similar cost of living? (Bangladesh's top judge earns 1/4th as much).
The employees who should be remunerated 'properly' are the school/college teachers in Pakistan. Please compare those salaries with what teachers get in the West, if you must.

True, I am all for raising teachers salaries but even in developed countries like the UK, their salaries are not great (when compared with other professions)

It says on the right column the salary $66,800 + per diem rate (plus expense allowance). But, this could be a typo.
BTW, there are different salaries for different state legislators in US. For example Michigan State legislator may make about $79,650 plus $12000 expense allowance ($91,650).

Chief justice of India gets 1 lakh Rupees ($2000) per month, this is after 3 fold increase in 2009.
Add another 50-60 % of base pay as Dearness allowance (paid based on Cost of Living Index)
Add another 40% of base base as perks
Total will be $4000 (USD)/month .
i.e. $48000 (USD)/year or 25 lakh Rupees/year. A senior manager in most Indian software companies and MNCs get that much. I know people in Banking Industry in India, with a MBA (not even from top colleges) and 5 years experience getting 10 Lakhs (including perks) per year.

Top judge gets salary for bashing PPP only. He behaves as he is savior of Pakistan, he should voluntarily deny this payment. Moreover there are people like RM who not only pay millions in bribe to these judges but also to their progeny.

That makes roughly 700,000 a month? did you guys know that directors and country heads of multinational companies get salaries around 6-700,000 + perks
...
An average lecturer who has done their Mphil or PhD get a salary of around 100-150,000 .. anyone in private business , not a large one but SME's can make anywhere between 3-500,000 ...
If average people can make this kind of salary , then the head of the Judicial system is definitely ok to get this salary .. its nothing over the top ..
