Overall I think it was a rather disappointing year for Pakistan in ODi,s
First they lost against India 4-1 when they were believed to be favourites, then in England where it should have comfortable win for them , they only drew 2-2 ,then CTT was a complete disaster.
Actually they didn,t won a single match this year Batting first.
In this period they Only won series against SL And WI but overall they have to play much better cricket next year if they are to get any better results in SA and then WC.

Interesting Fact is that Mohammad Yousaf had almost similer strike rate in tests(62.64) and ODI,s(63.39) this year.

Thanks a lot for working hard on the post. But the players result are complicated to read as they are not well organized. Sorry for that. But the posting was good anyways.

It is not disappointment now, it was early in 2006. Now our team seems better as Muhammad Yusuf and Muhammad Asif have been in very consistent recently.

^ Yeah Mohammad Asif has been very consistent recently, especially in the recent WI series, and the Champions trophy. He's so consistent that its hard to tell whether he's playing or not.

I m disappointed by M. Asif Bowling average of 30+... not impressive at all in my POV... i thought it will be below 25.

Another interesting fact - Afridi's batting average lower than Rana, Iftekhar, Arafat, Gul, Akhtar.
