It is a good sign that some one after many years (after Bhutto) realized the necessity of some kind of friendly terms with Russia. But it is too late. Dictators have taken the country in such advance stage towards West, it is very difficult to achieve meaningful change. Russia is great friend and ally of India, which is also a big hinderance to have any remarkable breakthrough in future.
