This is an outrageous suggestion. So when we lose a wicket and need some consolidation, you suggest we bring Afridi in and give the other team a chance of making the loss of one wicket into two and spark a mini collapse. Wonderful thinking.
A good innings is where you consolidate in the early part of the innings, with a higher run-rate in the power plays if possible, achieved THROUGH BATSMEN WHO CAN CONSOLIDATE AS WELL. Unleash Afridi and Razzq in the last 10 where they are most useful.
