I think the additional cost is 2.1 billion, still it's substantial and maybe that's the reason why the attitude of panneta changed from arrogance to humility.

Arabs are a joke. We have more spine than them, but the trees that don't bend, eventually break. It's nice that, things were resolved peacefully.
