My examples was not for ignorants but I used your post to give example to those that can understand how stupid and funny your arguments were (even though I knew that you were doing 'kut-bahasi' and your purpose was not to discuss or understand anything ).
Your this post made me realise your ignorance and 'kutt-bahasi' ... and after this post, I lost interest in giving reply to you.
Last few ranks: 138, 143, 147, 150, 162, 168, 172, 175, 177, 178,179.
Many countries scored similar so they shared the rank. There are 41-42 countries with similar scores hence only 11 ranks. Just like there are 3 countries with rank 1, no ranks of "2" or "3". Rank 138 is 11th from last in the series mentioned above.
In above post ... to me, you do knew and realise that the table gave Pakistan rank as 138 in the list of 'least corrupt countries in the world'. Now anyone that realise that and even quote that ... than that person is ignorant or doing 'kutt-bahasi' when writing that Pakistan Rank 138 from top but Rank 11 from bottom.
*If *(due to ignorance or whatever) you had written that in the table Pakistan 'rank 54' from top than only you could have written that Pakistan 'rank 11' from bottom. And if that would have been the case, I would have certainly replied you thinking that what you are writing is just due to misunderstanding ranking.
But obviously you knew that Pakistan does not rank 54 from top amongst 180 least corrupt countries .. so you wrote that Pakistan rank 138 (as it is) ... but that showed me what you really are, and that is why I never returned to reply you.
[There is actually one ranking system where ranks are fixed and participants number in ranks can vary. This system of ranking is used to determine participants where they fall in the ranking but it is not used when participants are compared with respect to each other, but ranks is categorising standard. In this ranking, a better performance of a participants does not degrade the ranking of another participant.
For instance ... one may have 5 ranks .. excellent, good, fair, bad, very bad (this could be also represented as 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 if desired) ... and participants can fall in any of those ranking ... but here if peformance of a participant improves, it does not degrade the rank of another participant, as here ranks are determined against set performance. For instance, if A is ranked excellent than A is excellent regardless of what is the rank of B or how B improves or degrades.
But ranking of corruption in Transparency international is different as in that ranking, a country improves or degrades with respect to each other. For instance if Pakistan improves than those above Pakistan goes below Pakistan.
I appreciate KAKA to show his concerned, but I can only tell him that brother, just try to learn and realise the level of many Paksitanis and how they show ignorance and do kutt-bahasi just for the sake of it, so its best to ignore them :)].
