China dosti kay nam pur chuna! 13 years ago I was in Jamshoro Power Company audit - there the best performing units were from Scandinavia at Kotri Plant, followed by the lonely Japanese unit at Jamshoro, the other three were from China - all of them never worked simultaneously and the worst were the Lakhara’s three coal power units!

So the Chinese units were separate from larkana power plants.
