I know why this is happening, establishment has blocked all the oil supply to railway, all the oil is diverted to NLC so railway can collapse.

Government cant seem to manage it, thanks to their incompetence and corruption.
They have done enough damage to railways, I think its high time they should Privatize Pakistan railways.

No it is not the solution. Sell Mayogardens Lahore to public, kick all officers living lavishly since generations sucking the blood of railways. Destroy the Lahore Head Quarter and decentralize the railways. Make it a subject of provincial and local government. Kick all the officers living lavishly in Islamabad. Shut down the offices there too. Same treatment is required for PIA and other centralized controlled organizations. Leave defence, currency and foriegn affairs with federal government. Let the provinces take over all the other functions. Pakistan don't need every thing to be centrally controlled, which is a sold center of corruption. Give provinces full autonomy to run their affairs and they should be less dependent of federation. Spend most of the money on provinces they generate, they should not give their major share to federal government where all corruption takes place. A dynamic change is needed to turnaround the economy of the country.
