^^Unless impartial praise comes from traveling public and traders who use railway, self praise is more like self marketing with zero credibility.

That is not really an achievement. For many years PR maintained 100% punctuality on the system ran average of 15 freight trains from Karachi port which included at least five oil express trains from RGY yard. Passenger trains ran many fold what Sad Rafiq is running now.
