I am surprised you believe in above news and gave incompetent remark. How do you know that these corrupt officers were not employed during dictator’s time? For your information present General Manager, Ashfaq Khattak is employed during Zia-ul-Haq’s time. Get your facts confirmed. However all officers employed during Zia-ul Haq time were neither corrupt nor incompetent. Railway’s top officers had least to say anyting when dictators like Zia and Mush and retard generals fu#$%ed the system. Employment of officers is done through, CSS, FPSC.
