Can anyone provide me a link where I can find a radio frequency guide to pakistani radio stations (short wave, so that i can listen to them here in holland)

I think so..
It is available on Shortwave, and satellite (asiaset) I think 
for international audience. Other than internet.
^i meant to say, are there any other radion stations besides radio pak that are available internationally

I think City FM 89, FM 91, FM 95, FM 100, FM 101, FM 103, FM 106.2 should all be available.
