What is this black list for? Every list is different. Financial to narcotics to terror. So I would comment only if we know the precise list. May be its just nothing
It is a state dept list for religious freedom and frankly with no US aid, I don’t know how it will hurt Pakistan.
It is just to press the button and get on Pakistan’s nerves. US already got Pakistan on the FATF grey list which is more relevant.
