matter of a fact India is scared to play Pakistan and the whole worlds knows about it.
India is yet to have beaten Pakistan in a single test match in Pakistan, they have never won a test series abroad in 18 years.
Taking all that into consideration, if India are to play Pakistan who are in their weakest state of cricket, and they were to lose to Pakistan, then they will be embarassed badly.
Causing riots in their own country with poor minoroties like Asif_k himself will be butchered by the Hindu militants.
