Re: Pakistan! Pakistan!
Yep. Same here. There’s nothing which I don’t miss about Pakistan. I have no idea if I’ll ever get to be there again.
Not a moment goes by when I don’t miss Pakistan.

Re: Pakistan! Pakistan!
All you people belonging to Pakistan but not living there, do you miss your country? Do you want to go there?Well, I so want to. I am not a Pakistani, as in not born and brought up there, but my roots belong there. All my cousins, all my people are there. My dadiyaal and my naniyaal. My phupis and my mamoos. Everyone. I so long to be with my people. It is impossible, though.I went there this year after eight long years. Imagine. If only I were a citizen of that place, too. Ours is the only family here. :( I miss my people.
after living in abroad for couple of years there are certain things that i miss about pakistan and then certain which i don't.
If you want me to pick one thing which i don't miss about pakistan is the people. at least, there are less judgemental people where i live who don't poke into my business every now and then + they like to follow a queue whenever there is one or will create one.
What i miss about Pakistan ? Well, my frients, khana peena, family ... and ofcourse LAHORE!

But there's no place like Pakistan. I love it with all its good and bad.

Lucky you, Ma sha ALLAH. I don't know if I will ever get to be there again or not. However, there's a way for me to settle in Pakistan. Marrying someone who lives there, but then I'll miss India and I'll long for my parents and all. I am so confused.

Tough situation MsDreamy! Not being able to see family due to visa/border issues is so alien to me. Alhamdulillah, my relatives are settled in America, and we can visit anytime!
I hope when you do visit your relatives you cry tears of happiness and joy and share tons of memories together.
