How do these reactors provide a second strike capability when they will be hit on the first go?
Do you even know what a second or third strike capability is? 
I guess Pakistan’s second strike capability is in the air force but then an air force enthusiast on another board claimed that neither PAF nor IAF have that capability since their nukes aren’t that small yet. For babar, I believe the ideal capability would be that it can be fired from our subs like israel but then there are issues. First, we don’t have the sub launch capability for babar yet. Second, we don’t know if the nukes have been made small enough to fit on the cruise missile.
