Unbelieavble.......now we're discussing if Pakistan is more or less dangerous than another country. Yesterday I am reading some report about Pakistan being 12th worst country in the world........ Wth is going on? Is there suddenly some lobby in some capital embarking on a "Let's label Pakistan" campaign? Or is it coincidence?Whatever it is, it's all very depressing init

How do these people come up with such jokes. All mullahs and the MMA thugs have lost all moral ground and little popularity they had. I am sure they would hardly get 1 or two seats in the elections. Nobody trusts those fools.

Our nation is much more intelligent than people in Washington think.

Iran is only dangerous to vertain segments... Because it doesnt play to the tune of foreign powers. Otherwise, its a relatively stable country.
Pakistan is only considered safe so long is it serves the intrests of her foreign financiers and "well wishers."
If tommorow a democratic govt took over and actually listened to the will of the people, Pakistan may very well become fifth member of the so calle "axis of evil"

Right, they just look the other way in regards to them (terrorists) as long as they don't openly fk with the central govt to much. Terror op after terror op that have been broken up has had links to Pakistan. What are you going to say when one of these are successful and what do you expect the U.S. response to be? Don't turn a blind eye as terrorism becomes the chief export of Pakistan.

Did I count wrong.. Iran, Iraq, N Korea, and Syria? Or did he not count them?!?!
Still bottom line... Who is or isnt dangerous is defined by the west not by us... Iran is hardly a threat except to Western intrests, althoug internally they are far more stable then Pakistan...
Pakistan is a country that has the potnetial to be a REAL global threat due to its instability etc, and yet its not labeled as such since it is an aly of the US, towing its line.

I can hardly agree to that. I see another revolution coming up in Iran in not so distant future. Their outwardly religious/spiritual leaders are as corrupt as our politicians. At least our politicians don't use religion to protect their wrongdoings as much as the Iranian leaders do. By exploiting the name of religion, they have sown seeds of hatred against our religion in the hearts of young Iranians. I haven't met a single Iranian (I have met many) who does not show open hatred towards their religious leaders, in fact, many claim Khomeni to be a CIA agent now.

The only answer I can give to this is that the majority wants regime change. Unlike in Pakistan, where we are not sure which way to go, majority of Iranians know what they want: A secular regime.

Out of context: I think the ultimate goal of Iranians is to restore the old glory of their Persian empire.
