Well Mostar95 my guess is when it gets that hot early, it will cause the Monsoon rains to come early also, one can only Hope right! 
It wasnt that hot in northern punjab. We had a mix of rain and sunny and windy days. And considering the global trend, the temps were normal
Yes Western clouds are still sneaking into Northern Pakistan but still it was extremely hot for Southern Pakistan (a new record for April) and parts of India.
Monsoon is already hitting Southern India, Bengal and Sri Lanka but Western Winds are still strong enough to keep them at bay till the end of June.
