Thing is Zawahiri and his like believe in Islamic caliphate and do not recognise state borders between Muslim countries under thier world order they would have supposed control from the Maghreb to the Mashrik… to which I say dream on. :cobra:
History in Islam has seen empires come and go but apart form the first four Caliphs majority of subsequent Khalifas were despots who killed of the very people who gave them thier empire…
Fact is Al Qaeda is a hypocritical organistaion they claim to fight Western imperialism and yet they want to be imperial themselves.
However i guess it’s all part of the old hearts and minds game everyones trying to play.
