Hello
Can anyone tell me how easy is it to transfer property and Land in Pakistan. What is the time span. I am planning to come to Pakistan in April to transfer My fathers land and House over to my brothers name. The Land is in Lahore and the property is in Gujranwala. Will I have to go to the local councils or can it be done from one office. I only have 2 weeks. Does anyone have some good advice on this matter.

u have to go to the area where the property is, u have to meet any nearest dealer for fulfilling the requirements of documents
It will take at least 4 to 5 days to be transferred..........
