Anyone using Pakistan’s territory to wage war against Pakistan’s neighboring Muslim country, can’t be Pakistan’s friend.

Pakistan’s muslim neighbours are NOT its friends. They only care about their own interests and prosper at the failure of pakistan.
They developed Dubai by destroying Karachi. Those arabs are not our friends.
