well thats because in order to get those territories back we will have to confront the indian army which is much stronger and larger than the pakistani army...
Pakistan needs to fix its internal problems before it embarks upon territorial conquests from India...
FATA and NWFP province needs to be brought under Pakistani Control.
Balochistan needs to be fully secured so that development and economic progress can continue.
Criminal activity and Serfdom needs to be actively combatted in Sindh.
Once these problems are fixed we can finally embark upon Saichin Glacier and Kashmir from India.
