The basic problem is education/awareness and poverty. Infact even the present govt is not sincere to impart the education to them or take any concrete measures to alleviate the poverty. Understandably, if that is done, then they wont be able to use them in future for their nefarious objectives.The problem is when we are using them because of the same aspect (lack of education) we applaud them and term them as heroes but when the same thing turn against us, we dubbed them as traitors, that is so pinching and really hurt me.We motivated them to fight for a sacred cause and now the same cause has turned into terrorism and those poor and uneducated people cant understand that. We have to blame ourselves and our policy, instead of those poor people.

Sir, I can see your point however when loyalty can be bought at a price then those being bought should realize they can be sold at a cheaper price as well. Peoples actions allow them to be judged. If once they fought by our side it does not grant them immunity from future ill conduct.
