MNA backs Balochistan uplift projects
ISLAMABAD: Nephew of Nawab Akbar Khan Bugti and Member National Assembly Mir Haider Bugti has announced his support for the government’s ongoing uplift projects in Balochistan.
“It is not because of the government pressure but the decision was taken through the consultations of tribal elders and Jirga that they should join hands with the government,” Mir Haider told Online on Tuesday.
“Now I will respect the desires of my people because our area is in dire need of development,” he added. He claimed that the Jirga and elders of his area unanimously took decision for joining hands with the government to resolve problems being faced by the locals.
He also asked miscreants to surrender and adopt the way of dialogue, as problems could not be settled through violence. He said the situation would be clear in few days that either he would remain in Jamhoori Watan Party (JWP) or leave it.
However, he had no link with Nawab Akbar Bugti for the past three years, he said. Talking to a TV channel, he said that some miscreants were spoiling the law and order situation in Balochistan, adding that everyone knew who was behind these terrorist activities. When contacted, JWP secretary general, Senator Agha Shahid Bugti said that he had no information about Haider Bugti’s decision and added that he was not able to make any comment on this issue now.

*10 Bugti tribesmen lay down arms *

DERA BUGTI: At least 10 persons from bugti clan laid down arms before the government here at the district Dera Bugti of Balochistan
Official sources told that the 10-armed Bugti tribesmen laid down arms before the security forces here at Sangsila area of Dera Bugti and announced supporting the government.
These persons also handed over large quantity of weapons and explosives besides one vehicle to the security forces.

Earlier also, over 3 dozens of persons belonging to the Bugti tribe had laid down arms before the government.
*As I said before the indian plan is backfiring with the terrorists giving up.So India had to bomb itself to get out of this mess for the time being.
