should be actually a day trip i think. you can take some train from punjab i guess. jaipur is few hrs from Agra and Ajmer ( only if you have a million dolla) so it would be a good stop.
you sould concentrate your first trip to Delhi, Raj and UP only. South is a different world altogether. save it for future
