Sue in which country's court? Given that Haaretz is based in Israel and that the offence was committed there, the lawsuit would need to be filed there, which would require recognition of the Israeli legal system, which would require recognition of the Israeli state.

and by the way its not new, if i'm not wrong army has been receiving Israeli manufactured arms during the afghan war, via 3rd parties

Well..Pakistan has indirect relationship with Israel through Turkey. That was in Musharraf time...but i am not sure..if it is still same. So i can believe to an extent..Pakistan may have purchased parts from Israel. Or heck..most of the defense related parts are made by Israeli companies mostly. So i am not surprised.

israel in on no.2 after us in making smart chips, so all dumb countries went to buy stuff from it.
Only thing make sure you don't go to war with country who is selling you defence hardware.
Your "state of art" equipment would collapsed the way you never read in comic books.

Spending billions on purchasing arms from any country is waste of tax payers money should have been invested on education and health care.
